** QURE sold ~4.9 mln shares at $45.50, a 7.2% discount to stock's last sale on Tues

** QURE shares surged 78% last Weds after U.S. FDA reversed its earlier position and said it will accept existing trial data for an accelerated review of co's Huntington's disease therapy, AMT-130
