Compass Group plc has published the transcript of its 2025 full year results conference call. The event, attended by the Group Chief Executive Officer and other senior executives, provided an overview of the company's financial performance and outlook. During the call, management highlighted another year of strong results, with organic growth and margin progress driving profit up nearly 12%. Free cash flow reached $2 billion for the first time, and net new business stood at 4.5%, underpinned by robust client retention of over 96%.
