U.S. stocks traded mixed midway through trading, with the Dow Jones index gaining over 400 points on Tuesday.

John Wiley & Sons Inc (NYSE:WLY) shares fell more than 6% on Tuesday after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results.

John Wiley & Sons reported quarterly earnings of $1.67 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.65 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $447.941 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $450.000 million.

  • SU Group Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:SUGP) shares shot up 112% to $1.87 after the company announced a distributorship agreement with Germany’s GEZE to expand its portfolio.
  • Shares of Our Bond, Inc (NASDAQ:OBAI) got a boost, surging 81% to $0.97 after the company announced an investor exchanged approximately $3.3 million of its outstanding debt for convertible preferred equity.
  • One Stop Systems Inc (NASDAQ:OSS) shares were also up, gaining 16% to $19.91 after the company announced an $8.4 million initial contract from a leading defense and technology solutions company, with the platform estimated to have a potential value of approximately $44 million over the next four years.

  • Domo Inc (NASDAQ:DOMO) was down, falling 35% to $2.12 after the company reported mixed first-quarter financial results. The company announced it has not executed a definitive agreement related to a potential transaction.

  • U.S. export prices increased by 1.3% month-over-month in May, while import prices surged 1.9% in May.

  • U.S. housing starts declined 15.4% month-over-month in May to an annual rate of 1.177 million.
