Oct 10 (Reuters) - DHL DHLn.DE is to acquire all remaining shares in the Dubai-registered logistics provider Danzas AEI Emirates, the German logistics company said on Tuesday.

Danzas AEI Emirates will be fully integrated into DHL and operate under the DHL brand, the German company said in a statement.

The transaction is subject to merger control approval, it added.
