  • In early July 2026, TG Therapeutics began an open-label, Phase 2 trial of BRIUMVI (ublituximab-xiiy) in about 60 adults with treatment-resistant schizophrenia, who will continue standard antipsychotic therapy while receiving intravenous BRIUMVI.
  • This move extends BRIUMVI’s use beyond relapsing multiple sclerosis into a difficult-to-treat psychiatric indication, potentially broadening TG Therapeutics’ future therapeutic footprint if safety and efficacy are confirmed.
  • We’ll now examine how testing BRIUMVI in treatment-resistant schizophrenia could influence TG Therapeutics’ largely single-asset investment narrative.

TG Therapeutics Investment Narrative Recap

To own TG Therapeutics today, you have to believe BRIUMVI can sustain its role as the core MS revenue engine while the company carefully broadens its use. The new Phase 2 schizophrenia study is interesting but, in my view, does not materially change near term catalysts, which still center on the subcutaneous BRIUMVI program, or the key risk of being heavily concentrated in a single MS asset amid intensifying anti CD20 competition and payer pressure.

The most relevant recent announcement is the June 3 update on subcutaneous BRIUMVI, where Phase 3 is underway comparing quarterly or every other month subcutaneous dosing to IV. That program directly targets the large self administered segment that consensus already sees as the main upside driver for BRIUMVI, and its outcome will likely matter far more for TG’s revenue trajectory than early exploration in schizophrenia, even if both contribute to a broader long term story.

Yet while this expansion story is appealing, investors should be aware that...

TG Therapeutics' narrative projects $1.7 billion revenue and $616.2 million earnings by 2029. This requires 33.2% yearly revenue growth and about a $154 million earnings increase from $461.9 million today.

Uncover how TG Therapeutics' forecasts yield a $51.71 fair value, a 8% downside to its current price.

The most bearish analysts were already assuming revenue of about US$1.4 billion by 2029 and shrinking margins, so they may view this schizophrenia trial very differently from those focused on BRIUMVI’s MS growth potential.
