SAO JOSE DOS CAMPOS, Brazil, June 9 (Reuters) - Brazilian planemaker Embraer EMBJ3.SA expects electric aircraft subsidiary Eve EVEX.N to contribute $1 billion to $1.5 billion of revenue per year after its production ramp-up, Chief Executive Francisco Gomes Neto said on Tuesday.
Estimate would depend on market performance in the segment, Gomes Neto told reporters.
Eve's electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) vehicle is currently expected to be certified and enter into service in 2028.
Embraer forecasts group revenue at between $8.2 billion and $8.5 billion this year, aims to achieve double-digit billions of dollars by 2030 "or even earlier," Gomes Neto said.
Embraer confident it will meet its 2026 full-year guidance.
