LONDON, July 17 (Reuters) - Northwest European gasoline refining margins rose by over $2 to $45.53 a barrel on Friday, hitting a fresh four-year record, buoyed by tight supplies.
A total of 15,900 tons of Eurobob E5 barges traded on Argus, with BP, Petroineos, TotalEnergies and ExxonMobil selling to Gunvor and MB Energy.
A further 2,000 tons of Eurobob E10 barges traded, sold by Phillips 66 to MB Energy, with Argus assessing an additional 1,000 tons.
Product stocks held independently in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp refining and storage hub fell 4.5% in the week to Thursday, data from Dutch consultancy Insights Global showed.
Gasoline stocks fell 9.3% to 820,000 tons, their lowest since October 2021, on strong exports to Brazil, Canada and the U.S. in addition to fewer imports.
Kazakhstan exported its first gasoline cargo to Russia in July, supplying about 1,000 metric tons to one of the regions in Central Russia, industry sources said.
