On June 30, SK Hynix filed with the SEC to launch its US IPO, aiming to list American Depositary Shares (ADS) on the Nasdaq under the ticker "SKHY(SKHY.US)" Details like issue size, price, and ADS-to-share ratio have not yet been disclosed. After the US IPO, SK Hynix will remain listed on Korea’s KOSPI.
