At the close of 06/07/2026, the Tadawul All Shares Index(TASI.SA) up by 0.13%, closing at 10813.04 points; the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC)(NOMUC.SA) down by 0.12%, closing at 22663.80 points. 

Dow Jones Industrial Average(DJI.US) futures were little changed early Tuesday after a record-setting session for the blue-chip index.

Futures tied to the 30-stock index added 50 points, or around 0.1%. S&P 500 index(SPX.US) futures traded 0.2% lower, while NASDAQ-100(NDX.US) futures dropped 0.9%.

In the U.S., Rivian Automotive(RIVN.US) shares dropped about 9% after the electric vehicle maker began a common stock public offering of 75 million shares. SpaceX(SPCX.US) shed about 1% ahead of its Tuesday entrance into the NASDAQ-100(NDX.US).

Monday night’s action follows a winning session on Wall Street that propelled the Dow above the 53,000 mark for the first time. The 30-stock index also closed above that threshold. Technology stocks led the charge higher, with the NASDAQ(IXIC.US) Composite finishing up by more than 1% amid a rebound in semiconductor names. Chip plays Western Digital Corporation(WDC.US) and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.(AMD.US) rose 7% and 6.6%, respectively. The S&P 500 also closed higher, advancing 0.7%.

Dell Technologies, Inc. Class C(DELL.US) jumped more than 4% in Monday’s session after President Donald Trump encouraged consumers to buy its computers during an event in the White House. But Microsoft Corporation(MSFT.US) shares pulled back after the software giant announced 4,800 job cuts.

“We’re getting new highs on various indices, and that makes sense,” said Richard Bernstein, Janus Henderson’s global head of macro and customized investing​, on CNBC’s “Closing Bell: Overtime.” “Not only is earnings growth strong, but it’s abundant as well. That is spreading to the markets.”

Investors will watch for economic data on the U.S. trade deficit due Tuesday morning. There are no major earnings releases scheduled.

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.(8311.SA) announced board recommendations to first reduce its capital by 32.716% to SAR 154.75 million to offset accumulated losses. Following the reduction, the company plans a SAR 160 million rights issue to boost capital to SAR 314.75 million, aiming to meet minimum regulatory requirements. Alawwal Capital was appointed as financial advisor.

ACWA Power Secures Exclusive Export Approval

ACWA POWER Co.(2082.SA) received government approval granting it the exclusive right to export Saudi-produced green hydrogen and derivatives, including green ammonia and methanol, to global markets. The company was also assigned to develop renewable electricity transmission and export projects for European and Arab markets. Financial impacts will be disclosed later.

Equipment House Secures SAR 95M Project

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co.(4014.SA) was awarded a SAR 95 million contract by the Ministry of Justice to complete court and notary public buildings in the Eastern Province. Samsung Electronics Co. forecast a 19-fold surge in Q2 operating profit to 89.4 trillion won, beating market expectations of 84.2 trillion won due to booming AI-driven memory chip demand. Total revenue rose 129% year-on-year to 171 trillion won. The company will release its full financial report with detailed segment data on July 30.
