At the close of 31/3/2026, the Tadawul All Shares Index(TASI.SA) increased by 0.74%, closing at 11249.54 points; the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC)(NOMUC.SA) lost by 0.78%, closing at 22705.28 points.

S&P 500 index(SPX.US) futures were slightly higher on Wednesday morning after all three major indexes surged during the regular session on hopes that an end to the Iran war is in sight.

Futures linked to the broad market index were last up 0.23%, and NASDAQ-100(NDX.US) futures gained around 0.4%. Dow Jones Industrial Average(DJI.US) futures gained 64 points, or 0.14%.

Late Tuesday, President Donald Trump told reporters at the White House that he expects the U.S. military forces will leave Iran in “two or three weeks.”

In Tuesday’s regular session, the blue-chip Dow added more than 1,100 points, or about 2.5%. The S&P 500 advanced 2.9%, while the Nasdaq Composite jumped 3.8%. It was the best daily performance since May for all three major averages.

CMA Approves Petrolube Oil Company IPO

The Capital Market Authority approved Petrolube Oil Company’s registration for an initial public offering of 9,000,000 shares, representing 30% of its total capital. The decision follows the company meeting all regulatory requirements under the Capital Market Law. The approval is valid for six months, with a detailed prospectus pending publication.

Saudi Net FDI Soars 90% YoY

Saudi Arabia’s net foreign direct investment soared 90% year-on-year to SR48.4 billion in Q4 2025. Driven by Vision 2030 diversification efforts, total inward flows reached SR50.6 billion while outflows plummeted 84%. These gains advance the Kingdom’s strategic goal of securing $100 billion in annual FDI by 2030.

Trump Vows Iran War Ends Soon

US President Trump announced on March 31 that the U.S. will conclude the Iran conflict within two to three weeks. While the U.S. asserts that its primary military objectives are met, Tehran demands non-aggression guarantees as a prerequisite for peace. Although tactical information exchange continues, Iran formally denies that diplomatic negotiations have officially started.

TADCO Annual Net Loss Plunges 33%, Proposes 77% Capital Reduction Plan

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.(6040.SA) reported a fiscal 2025 net loss of SR 95.9 million, narrowing 33.5% as revenue plunged 24.8% to SR 35.6 million. Heavy losses stemmed from lower production and asset impairments, pushing accumulated losses to 77.4% of capital. Consequently, the board recommended a 77.4% capital reduction to write off SR 303.3 million, while auditors warned of material going-concern risks. These announcements came after the stock surged 9.9% yesterday at market close. 

Red Sea Operating Profit Plunges 64%

Red Sea International Co.(4230.SA) reported a fiscal 2025 net loss of SR 55 million, narrowing by 11.8% despite a 13.1% revenue surge to SR 3.37 billion. Operating profits plunged 63.9% as the group recorded SR 58.9 million in asset impairments and SR 17.9 million in inventory provisions. Accumulated losses reached 69.7% of capital, triggering CMA oversight while auditors issued a qualified opinion.

The deal centers on Centessa's orexin receptor 2 agonists for treating narcolepsy and hypersomnia. This strategic move bolsters Lilly’s neuroscience division and targets a $20 billion market, with the transaction expected to close in Q3 2026.

NVIDIA Invests Two Billion In Marvell Sends Stock Up 13%

NVIDIA Corporation(NVDA.US) announced a $2 billion investment and strategic partnership with Marvell Technology, Inc.(MRVL.US), sending Marvell's shares up nearly 13%. The deal integrates Marvell’s XPU and networking solutions into the NVLink Fusion platform, focusing on silicon photonics and AI interconnectivity. This alliance allows users to develop semi-custom AI infrastructure that is fully compatible with NVIDIA’s hardware ecosystem.
