Banque Saudi Fransi(1050.SA)  announces its intention to redeem its SAR 5,000,000,000 Additional Tier 1 Capital Sukuk (the “Sukuk”) on 03/11/2025G, in full, at face value. The Sukuk were issued on 03/11/2020G, in the aggregate face amount of SAR 5,000,000,000, qualifying as Additional Tier 1 capital in accordance with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations.
