On Thursday, Saudi Arabia's benchmark stock index Tadawul All Shares Index(TASI.SA)  dropped 1.3%, marking its second consecutive week of decline. Losses were broad-based, led by energy stocks, with Saudi Arabian Oil Co.(2222.SA)  dropping 3% — its steepest one-day decline in nine months — after the company confirmed damage at its Juaymah terminal and subsequent delivery cancellations.

Al Rajhi Bank(1120.SA) , the world's largest Islamic lender, fell 1.4%, and The Saudi National Bank(1180.SA) , the country's largest lender by assets, dropped 1.7%.

US stocks dropped on Friday after the latest producer price index data came in much hotter than expected, adding sticky inflation to a list of concerns that has caused market turbulence this month.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average(DJI.US)  dropped 521.28 points, or 1.05%, to close at 48,977.92. The S&P 500 index(SPX.US)  closed down 0.43% at 6,878.88, while the NASDAQ(IXIC.US)  Composite lost 0.92% to settle at 22,668.21.

OPEC+ May Weigh Larger Output Hike Amid Rising Geopolitical Tensions

OPEC+ is expected to consider increasing oil production by 411,000 barrels per day at its upcoming meeting, according to sources, following recent U.S. and Israeli military strikes on Iran. The potential output boost comes as geopolitical risks in the region escalate, raising concerns over supply stability. A final decision has not yet been made.

SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co.(2020.SA)  reported a 30% jump in 2025 net profit to 4.32 billion Saudi riyals, driven by higher sales and increased average selling prices across most products. Fourth-quarter profit came in at 988 million riyals. The board also declared a 35% cash dividend (3.5 riyals per share) for the second half of 2025.

Elm's 2025 Net Profit Rises 14% to SAR 2.09B, Q4 Dips to SAR 446M

Elm Co(7203.SA)  reported a 14.4% increase in full-year 2025 net profit, reaching 2.09 billion Saudi riyals, compared to 1.82 billion in 2024. Fourth-quarter profit, however, declined 10.4% year-on-year to 446 million riyals.

eXtra Completes SAR 265.4M Treasury Share Buyback

United Electronics Co.(4003.SA)  has finalized the purchase of 3 million treasury shares for a total of 265.4 million Saudi riyals, according to a Tadawul statement. The shares were acquired at an average price of 88.48 riyals per share, completing the company's targeted buyback program.
