The draft measures aim to ease licensing, support fintech innovations like crowdfunding, and strengthen technology and compliance oversight as part of efforts to create a more dynamic, accessible, and internationally competitive capital market under Vision 2030.

Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co.(7202.SA) announced shareholder approval for a SAR 952.6 million cash dividend for fiscal year 2025, equating to SAR 8 per share and payable on June 11, 2026.
