Bin Saedan Real Estate Proposes SAR 0.25 Dividend Per Share

Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co.(9648.SA) recommended a cash dividend of SAR 0.25 per share (2.5% of par value) for 2025, totaling SAR 7,058,823.5 across 28,235,294 shares. KEC Signs SAR 117.6 Million Contract for Riyadh Schools Complex

Knowledge Economic City(4310.SA) signed a SAR 117.6 million contract with Astra Construction Co. for electromechanical, architectural, and external works on the Riyadh Schools complex. SK Hynix CEO: Memory Chip Shortage Will Persist Beyond 2030

On July 10, Korean memory chip giant SK hynix(SKHY.US) was officially listed on Nasdaq. In an interview with Reuters, CEO Kwak Noh-jung warned that the global memory industry will face its most severe supply shortage by 2027. Despite SK Hynix’s efforts to expand production, he predicts that for most of the next decade, demand for memory chips will far exceed supply.
