The comprehensive five-year agreement outlines cooperation terms for establishing digital infrastructure and supporting digital transformation initiatives in Syria.

The framework agreement, signed on July 24, 2025 (corresponding to Muharram 29, 1447 AH), encompasses several key components designed to enhance Syria's digital capabilities. The scope includes establishing two data centers, developing cloud computing and backup environments, creating a technology platform to support digital transformation projects, and setting up a cybersecurity center. Additionally, the agreement covers the qualification and training of an integrated team to work alongside the Ministry's personnel.

According to the Tadawul announcement, the project's total value may reach SAR 1,955,000,000 (one billion nine hundred and fifty-five million Saudi riyals). However, the company noted that the financial impact cannot be determined or assessed at this stage, with further developments and updates to be announced in due course.
