GOLDMAN SACHS: LOWERS 2027 AVERAGE BRENT CRUDE OIL PRICE FORECAST TO $75 FROM $80 EARLIER
June 16 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs late on Monday lowered its fourth-quarter Brent crude oil price forecast to $80 from $90 earlier and cut its 2027 average Brent oil price forecast to $75 from $80, after U.S. and Iran signed a preliminary agreement to end their war.
It now assumes that Gulf exports will "normalize to pre-war levels by the end of July (vs. end of August previously)," the bank said in a note.
