Innocean Inc., a South Korean marketing and communications company, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with nine companies to collaborate on artificial intelligence (AI)-driven projects, the company announced Tuesday.

The agreement, dubbed the AI Alliance, was formalized at a signing ceremony on Monday.

The ceremony was attended by Innocean Chief Executive Officer Lee Yong-woo and executives from Microsoft Korea, IBM Korea, Deloitte Consulting, Studio Lennon, ITCEN InfoYou, S2W, DHX, MCCAAI, and Notion.

Through the alliance, Innocean plans to build an AI transformation (AX) foundation and develop innovative and efficient AX use cases in collaboration with its new partners.

“The initiative will help turn small-scale AI successes into reality and expand jointly developed AI services across the global marketing industry,” Lee said. “Innocean is committed to delivering optimized AI services that enhance client business outcomes.”
