Treasury sells up to 3.0 billion euros of following two BTP bonds: 4.75% due Sept. 1, 2028 and 5.00% due Aug. 1, 2039 in exchange for following four bonds: zero coupon BTP bonds due April 15, 2024; 1.75% BTP bonds due July 1, 2024; 3.75% BTP bonds due Sept. 1, 2024; CCTeu bonds due Feb. 15, 2024.

The Italian luxury sneaker brand has picked Bank of America BAC.N, Mediobanca MDBI.MI, JPMorgan JPM.N and UBS UBSG.S as joint global coordinators for a planned listing in Milan next year, two sources close to the matter said on Tuesday.

On Tuesday the lender said that 70% of almost 30,000 employees who had the option of asking to work a four-day week had done so, with requests on the rise.
