The energy group has asked Morgan Stanley to help it raise funds from investment firms such as Apollo, KKR KKR.N and Stonepeak in a possible deal backed by its floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) assets, three people familiar with the matter told Reuters.

The pharmaceutical company on Tuesday confirmed its 2026 guidance and reported adjusted Q1 net profit of 188.1 million euros ($220.70 million).
