Deere & Company has entered into an agreement to acquire Tenna, a construction technology firm based in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Tenna provides an integrated platform designed to automate and optimize construction operation workflows, offering contractors near real-time insights into equipment operations, trends, and maintenance needs. Following the acquisition, Tenna will continue to operate independently under its existing name and will focus on expanding its business with its mixed-fleet customer model. The transaction is expected to close in February 2026, pending regulatory approval.
