As the Korean chipmaker responsible for the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) vital to most advanced AI accelerators goes public, U.S. investors gain direct access to its stock for the first time. This public offering, reported to be the largest ADR in market history, underscores SK hynix's critical role in fueling the AI boom, particularly as its HBM chips power AI processors in major data centers worldwide.
