TASI Mid-Market Update — June 7, 2026

The Tadawul All Share Index (Tadawul All Shares Index(TASI.SA)) opened lower and maintained a downward trajectory during today's early trading session, declining by 0.7%.

From a technical perspective, the index experienced downward momentum, widening the gap below its 200-day Simple Moving Average (SMA 200), which act as a key resistance level overhead.

In the large-cap sector, Al Rajhi Bank(1120.SA) is easing by 0.15%. The Saudi National Bank(1180.SA) is retreating by 0.9%. Saudi Arabian Mining Co.(1211.SA) and ACWA POWER Co.(2082.SA) are both seeing declines, moving 1.19% and 1.11% respectively. Saudi Basic Industries Corp.(2010.SA) is seeing a slight dip of 0.1%. Saudi Arabian Oil Co.(2222.SA) is retreating by 0.8%.

Aldawaa Approves SAR 53.6M Q1 Cash Dividend

Aldawaa Medical Services Co.(4163.SA) reported a 78.8% year-on-year drop in Q1 2026 net profit to SAR 22.3 million, driven by a 7.2% revenue decline to SAR 1.55 billion and higher strategic and non-recurring expenses. The company also announced a Q1 cash dividend distribution of SAR 53.6 million, equivalent to SAR 0.63 per share.

MESC Subsidiary Secures SAR 175M Contract

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.(2370.SA) (MESC) announced that its wholly-owned UAE subsidiary has received a USD 46.6 million (approx. SAR 175 million) Letter of Award from Cunado Middle East to supply low voltage and communication cables for the Lower Zakum Long Term Development Plan Project (Phase I) at Amirah Island.

Saudi Aramco Signs Large-Scale Consultancy Agreement

Saudi Arabian Oil Co.(2222.SA) signed a long-term project management consultancy agreement with US-based McDermott Nederland to deliver large-scale energy, petrochemical, and low-carbon projects. The contract involves a local execution partnership with Solutions Leaders Fayez Engineering. This supports Aramco's 2026 capital investment guidance of $50 to $55 billion, following its $52.2 billion capital expenditure in 2025.

OPEC+ Sources Signal Potential 188,000 BPD July Target Hike

OPEC+ is expected to agree on a fourth consecutive oil output target increase on Sunday, though three anonymous sources noted a final decision remains unmade. Seven core members will likely raise July targets by 188,000 barrels per day. This potential hike follows actual group production plummeting to 33.19 million bpd in April amid export cuts driven by the US-Iran war.
