In March, Saudi Arabia's Purchasing Managers’ Index recorded 48.8, indicating shifts in business conditions amid regional developments. Non-oil firms adjusted to changes in demand and supply chains, influenced by Middle Eastern dynamics. Export orders and production adapted, with inventories showing a slight increase. Companies are managing the evolving situation, focusing on strategic responses to current challenges.

Seera Begins Creditor Objection Period for Capital Reduction

Seera Group Holding(1810.SA) has initiated the 45-day creditor objection period for its capital reduction, starting April 5. Creditors can object by sending a registered letter to the company's Riyadh headquarters. While objections are allowed, they do not halt the reduction process. If valid objections arise, Seera will settle debts or provide guarantees. The capital cut, reducing capital by 8.65% from SAR 3 billion to SAR 2.74 billion, awaits shareholder approval at an upcoming EGM.

OPEC+ Plans Output Increase of 206,000 BPD

OPEC+ members, led by Saudi Arabia and Russia, have preliminarily agreed to boost oil production by 206,000 barrels per day. The decision, set to be discussed in a virtual meeting on April 5, follows a March resolution to gradually lift voluntary cuts.
