OPEC+ Set to Increase Oil Output Ceiling for July
OPEC+ is expected to approve an increase of 188,000 barrels per day in the oil production ceiling for July, according to sources cited by Reuters. This aligns with the previously set pace, following the UAE's withdrawal adjustments. The group aims to fully unwind a 1.65 million bpd cut by September. Despite challenges like the Strait of Hormuz closure, production policy remains unchanged.
Salama Secures Health Insurance License Renewal
Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.(8050.SA) announced it received approval from the Insurance Authority (IA) to renew its annual health insurance license. The license, valid for one year, will take effect starting July 2, 2026, according to the company's statement to Tadawul.
Banan Real Estate Secures $22 Million in Funding for Riyadh Projects
Banan Real Estate Co.(4324.SA)'s subsidiary, Qimam Nashaz Real Estate Development, obtained an 84 million SAR (US$22.36 million) Shariah-compliant credit facility from Riyadh Bank. The funds will support construction projects in northern Riyadh, including Al Rahmaniyah and Al Wadi District gems, leased to Armah Sports, and a hotel. Banan provided a promissory note and a real estate mortgage as guarantees.
