TASI Mid-Market Update — July 7, 2026

Major equity markets in the Gulf region demonstrated mixed performance during early trading on Tuesday, as regional investors evaluated upcoming corporate earnings disclosures alongside broader macroeconomic headwinds, including lower global crude prices and renewed geopolitical developments between the United States and Iran.

The Saudi Arabian benchmark index (Tadawul All Shares Index(TASI.SA)) edged up 0.02% in early transactions.

The soft market sentiment follows the Kingdom's official selling price (OSP) adjustments announced on Monday. Saudi Arabia lowered its August official selling price for its flagship Arab Light crude to Asian buyers to $1.50 per barrel below the Oman/Dubai average, representing an $11.00 per barrel reduction compared to the previous month. OSPs for four other secondary crude grades produced by the Kingdom were also cut by $11.00 per barrel. Shares of state oil giant Saudi Arabian Oil Co.(2222.SA) managed an early gain of 0.35%.

In the large-cap sector, Al Rajhi Bank(1120.SA) is seeing a slight dip of 0.38%. The Saudi National Bank(1180.SA) is easing by 0.7%. Saudi Arabian Mining Co.(1211.SA) is retreating by 0.4%. ACWA POWER Co.(2082.SA) is advancing 1.45%. Saudi Basic Industries Corp.(2010.SA) is holding steady.
