TASI Mid-Market Update — June 11, 2026
Saudi Arabia's benchmark index (Tadawul All Shares Index(TASI.SA)) edged higher in early Thursday trade, up by 0.1%. The movement was partially affected by Al Rajhi Bank(1120.SA), which saw a loss of 0.2%.
The dip in the index comes amid broader regional market movements following an escalation of geopolitical tensions between the United States and Iran, which included reciprocal airstrikes and the subsequent closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Meanwhile, Brent futures (LCOc1) experienced a slight increase of 0.09%, trading at $93.18 a barrel by 0702 GMT.
In the large-cap sector, The Saudi National Bank(1180.SA) is easing by 0.5%. Saudi Arabian Mining Co.(1211.SA) is advancing 1%. ACWA POWER Co.(2082.SA) is advancing 1.2%. Saudi Basic Industries Corp.(2010.SA) is edging higher by 0.7%. Saudi Arabian Oil Co.(2222.SA) is holding steady.

Alinma Bank Buys 5M Shares
Alinma Bank(1150.SA) completed the purchase of 5,000,000 of its shares for SAR 122,553,606.71 to allocate them for its Employees Stock Incentive Shares Plan. The average purchase price per share was SAR 24.51. The buyback follows the approval from the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on April 21, 2026.
SISCO Holding Shareholders Approve 8% Dividend
Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co.(2190.SA) shareholders approved an 8% cash dividend for 2025, totaling SAR 65.28 million or SAR 0.80 per share, during an ordinary general meeting on June 10, 2026. Payment is scheduled for June 30, 2026. Shareholders also elected a new board for a four-year term and authorized interim dividends for 2026.
