Saudi Telecom Q2 Profit Drops 5%

Saudi Telecom Co.(7010.SA) reported a 5.2% drop in Q2 net profit to SAR 3.62 billion, despite a 3.7% revenue increase to SAR 20.17 billion. The profit decline was primarily driven by lower positive impacts from prior-year zakat provision reversals. First-half revenue rose 3.8% to SAR 40.11 billion, supported by robust growth across its carriers, wholesale, and business units.

Saudi Telecom Sets SAR 0.55/share Dividend

Saudi Telecom Co.(7010.SA) will distribute SAR 2.75 billion in interim cash dividends for Q2 2026, equal to SAR 0.55 per share or 5.5% of par value. The payout aligns with the company's three-year dividend policy approved in November 2024. Shareholders registered by Aug. 3 will receive the distribution via Riyad Bank on Aug. 20.

SHL Finance Shares Surge 4.3% on Earnings

SHL Finance Co.(1183.SA) reported a 38.7% year-on-year increase in Q2 2026 net profit to SAR 16.54 million, driven by higher profit rates on new loans and financing portfolio growth. Total income from special commission of financing rose 12.2% to SAR 111.73 million for the quarter. First-half net profit reached SAR 35.35 million, up 35.9% from the prior-year period. SHL Finance shares surged 4.26% following the release.
