Dallah Signs MoU to Acquire Stake in Care Shield Holding

Dallah Healthcare Co.(4004.SA) signed a non-binding MoU with Growth Avenue, a subsidiary of Maharah Human Resources Co.(1831.SA), to acquire its 41.36% stake in Care Shield Holding, granting DALLAH full ownership. Effective until Nov. 30, 2025, the deal allows for due diligence and regulatory compliance. No immediate financial impact is expected, and completion depends on further negotiations. As of 12:23 pm, Dallah Healthcare Co.(4004.SA) shares rose 0.92%, while Maharah Human Resources Co.(1831.SA) jumped over 4%.

Zain KSA Earns SAR 373M in 9M 2025, SAR 153M in Q3

Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia(7030.SA) announced a net profit of SAR 373 million for the first nine months of 2025, up 15.8% from SAR 322 million in the same period last year. Revenue rose 5.5% to SAR 8.1 billion, driven by growth in consumer and wholesale segments. Q3 net profit increased 2% to SAR 153 million, with total equity reaching SAR 10.6 billion. Tadawul Group’s Q3 Profit Falls 41% to SAR 82.7M

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co.(1111.SA) reported a net profit of SAR 82.7 million for Q3 2025, marking a 41.1% drop from the previous year. Revenues fell by 11.5% to SAR 317.8 million, attributed to decreased trading services. Operating expenditures rose by 8.2%, aligning with strategic growth plans. Earnings per share decreased to SAR 0.69. Comprehensive income for the period was SAR 287.5 million, down 42.5%. As of 12:28 pm, shares fell 2.11%.

SEC Signs SAR 12.8B Deals for Two Power Plants in Riyadh

Saudi Electricity Co.(5110.SA) entered into energy conversion agreements with Saudi Power Procurement Co. for two combined-cycle gas turbine power plants, PP13 and PP14, with a total capacity of 3,356 MW. The deals, worth SAR 12.83 billion, span 21 years and are expected to have a financial impact starting in 2025. Both plants, each with a 1,678 MW capacity, are fully owned by SEC.

Almasar Alshamil to Launch IPO on TASI with 30.72M Shares

Almasar Alshamil Education Co. plans to sell 30.72 million shares, representing 30% of its SAR 1.02 billion capital, on TASI. The IPO will run from Nov. 18-20, with book-building from Nov. 2-6. Approved by the Saudi market regulator, the offering targets both institutional and retail investors. Established in 2022, the company focuses on higher education and disability care investments. SNB Capital and EFG Hermes are managing the offering.
