Middle East Crude-Dubai, Murban premiums rise to around record highs
SINGAPORE, March 23 (Reuters) - Middle East crude benchmark Dubai premium rose on Monday to near the record high hit last week, while Murban premium also jumped to an all-time high, amid supply disruptions from the U.S.-Iran war.
Oil prices rose on Monday after Iran's Revolutionary Guards said they would target Israel's power plants and those supplying U.S. bases in the Middle East in retaliation against any attack on Iran's electricity sector.
Saudi Aramco, the world's top oil exporter, has cut crude supply to Asian buyers for a second month in April, two sources with knowledge of the matter said on Monday, after the Middle East war disrupted trade via the Strait of Hormuz.

Cash Dubai's premium to swaps rose $2.91 to $64.37 a barrel.
Unipec will deliver two, and Vitol will deliver one May-loading Oman crude cargo to TotalEnergies following the deals.
