MOVES-Zions Bank CEO Paul Burdiss to retire at year end

- Zions Bancorporation ZION.O said on Monday Paul Burdiss, CEO of Zions Bank, will retire at the end of 2025 and commercial banking executive Natan Callister is set to succeed him.

Burdiss joined Zions Bancorp in 2015 as its chief financial officer and took the helm at Zions' banking division in April, 2024. He will consult with the company in coming months during the transition, the company said.

Incoming CEO Callister currently serves as executive vice president and executive director of Commercial Banking at Zions Bank. Before joining the company, he held senior roles at Wells Fargo.
