FRANKFURT, June 4 (Reuters) - Investor Nordic Capital will not list Sunrise Medical on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as initially announced and has instead agreed to sell the German wheelchair maker to another private equity firm, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung reported on Tuesday.

The newspaper cited financial sources in its report and it did not name the prospective buyer.

Sunrise said last week it plans to list its shares in a private placement over the next few months to reduce debt and as Nordic seeks to reduce its holding in the company.

Nordic was not immediately available for a comment.
