AMSTERDAM, Nov 19 (Reuters) - A spokesperson for Wingtech 600745.SS, the Chinese firm that owns Dutch chipmaker Nexperia, on Wednesday called on the Dutch government to withdraw from a court case alleging mismanagement at the firm.
The comment followed news that the government has suspended a state intervention at Nexperia, which sparked a dispute and deepened tensions between its European and Chinese operations. The state remains a party to a related case that led to the removal of Nexperia's former CEO and Wingtech founder Zhang Xuezheng, a move Wingtech rejects.
