Rubrik Inc.  (NYSE:RBRK) shares slipped after the company posted its first-quarter results after Thursday’s closing bell. Here's a look at the details inside the report.

Rubrik Q1 Details     

Rubrik reported quarterly earnings of 16 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate for a loss of three cents, according to Benzinga Pro data.

Quarterly revenue came in at $387.07 million, which beat the Street estimate of $366.3 million and was up from $278.481 million in the same period last year. 

Subscription ARR was up 32% year-over-year, growing to $1.57 billion as of April 30, 2026.

“We are off to an excellent start to fiscal 2027 as Rubrik is now an increasingly strategic platform for agentic cyber resilience — bringing together data, identity, and AI in a single architecture,” said Bipul Sinha, Rubrik’s CEO.

Looking Ahead

Rubrik raised its fiscal 2027 adjusted EPS guidance to between 25 cents and 35 cents, versus the 17 cent analyst estimate, and raised its revenue outlook to $1.638 billion to $1.648 billion, versus the $1.61 billion estimate.
