Saudi Arabia’s annual inflation rate remained steady at 1.8% in June 2026. The main drivers were higher housing costs—up 3.5% due to a 4.4% jump in rents—and increases in food, beverages, and transport prices. The Consumer Price Index rose to 105.4 points, up from 103.6 a year earlier. GASTAT’s updated methodology and expanded coverage showed regional differences, with Al Jouf posting the highest inflation at 3.7% and Jazan the lowest at 1%.
