Bradley L. Radoff and Michael Torok (together with certain of their affiliates, the "Radoff-JEC Group"), who collectively own nearly 7.5% of the outstanding common stock of Seer, criticized the company for allowing its share price to languish despite returning favorable share units and options to its own board members.
