We wouldn't blame Silicom Ltd. (NASDAQ:SILC) shareholders if they were a little worried about the fact that Liron Eizenman, the President & CEO recently netted about US$877k selling shares at an average price of US$48.53. Probably the most concerning element of the whole transaction is that the disposal amounted to 65% of their entire holding.
