Teleflex Sells Businesses to Intersurgical and Montagu-Kohlberg for $2.03 Billion

Teleflex Incorporated has entered into definitive agreements to sell its Acute Care, Interventional Urology, and OEM businesses for a combined total of $2.03 billion in cash. Intersurgical Ltd will acquire the Acute Care and Interventional Urology businesses, while Montagu and Kohlberg will purchase the OEM business. Teleflex will receive approximately $1.5 billion for the OEM business and $530 million for the Acute Care and Interventional Urology businesses, with combined net proceeds after tax expected to be about $1.8 billion, subject to closing adjustments. The transactions have been approved by the Teleflex Board of Directors and are expected to close in the second half of 2026, pending customary approvals and conditions. Following the divestitures, Teleflex plans to focus on its Vascular Access, Interventional, and Surgical businesses.
