("Baldwin" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:BRP), highlighted today that its Class A common stock will begin trading on NASDAQ under the new ticker symbol "BWIN" as of market open on May 20, 2024. This will replace the Company's current ticker symbol "BRP".

The new ticker symbol "BWIN" aligns with the Company's rebranding to The Baldwin Group and related name change, previously announced on May 1, 2024.
