Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE:LVS) posted weaker-than-expected second-quarter results after Wednesday’s closing bell.

Las Vegas Sands reported quarterly earnings of 59 cents per share, which missed the consensus estimate of 74 cents by 20.27%, according to Benzinga Pro data. Quarterly revenue of $3.15 billion missed the Street estimate of $3.33 billion and was down from sales of $3.18 billion in the same period last year.

"We continued to execute our strategic objectives during the quarter in both Singapore and Macao while continuing to increase the return of capital to shareholders," said CEO Patrick Dumont.

Las Vegas Sands shares rose 1.1% to trade at $45.75 on Thursday.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Las Vegas Sands following earnings announcement.

  • Susquehanna analyst Joseph Stauff maintained the stock with a Positive and lowered the price target from $64 to $63.
  • Stifel analyst Steven Wieczynski maintained the stock with a Buy and cut the price target from $74 to $60.
  • Barclays analyst Brandt Montour maintained the stock with an Overweight rating and lowered the price target from $63 to $59.
