MOSCOW, June 6 (Reuters) - A fire that broke out at the Antipinsky oil refinery, Russia's largest independent oil-processing plant, in Tyumen region has been extinguished, the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti reported on Saturday, citing the regional emergency ministry.
The cause of the fire, which broke out at the refinery earlier on Saturday, was due to "process violations" at one of the purification units, local authorities said, refuting reports that a Ukrainian drone attack was responsible.
The governor of the Tyumen region, Alexander Moor, said via his channel on Telegram that there were no casualties.
