- Taiwan-listed BizLink Holding 3665.TW, a cables and connectors maker, said on Wednesday it had agreed to buy Singapore-based Interplex Datacom for an enterprise value of $850 million in cash, as it seeks to expand its data center connectivity and infrastructure business.

  • The deal also includes up to $50 million in contingent consideration, BizLink said in a statement.

  • Interplex Datacom is a division of Ennovi, a portfolio company under funds managed by Blackstone BX.N.

  • Interplex Datacom provides customized interconnect solutions and high-precision mechanical products, including components used in AI server racks.

  • It has operations in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand, and more than 1,900 employees.

  • The company generated about $392 million in revenue in the 12 months ended March 31, 2026, according to the statement.

  • BizLink said the acquisition would strengthen its infrastructure portfolio and help it offer a broader range of data center products as demand for AI infrastructure grows in Asia.

  • The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. BizLink plans to fund the deal with cash on hand and debt financing from Citigroup C.N.

  • Citi is the exclusive financial adviser to BizLink, with Baker McKenzie its legal adviser.

  • Shares of BizLink have climbed 41.8% year-to-date, giving it a market capitalization of $13.3 billion, LSEG data showed.
