Dow Jones Industrial Average futures fell on Tuesday, with traders digesting a move to fresh all-time highs while monitoring the latest U.S.-Iran developments as well as moves in major tech names.

Alphabet Inc. Class C(GOOG.US) shares were down more than 2% after the company said it would raise $80 billion from stock sales to fund its artificial intelligence buildout. That includes a $10 billion investment from Berkshire Hathaway. However, tech losses were kept in check as NVIDIA Corporation(NVDA.US) climbed more than 1% in the premarket. Shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co.(HPE.US) also surged 25% after the technology company issued a rosy outlook for the current quarter and raised its guidance for the full year, trouncing the Street’s estimates. HPE’s second-quarter results also marked its biggest earnings beat since 2018.
Marvell Technology, Inc.(MRVL.US) also rallied more than 21% after Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said the semiconductor company could become the next trillion-dollar company.
