NVIDIA Corporation(NVDA.US) shares climbed more than 2% in the premarket after the company unveiled a new processor for personal computers. Dell Technologies, Inc. Class C(DELL.US) and HP Inc.(HPQ.US) followed Nvidia higher, rising more than 1% and about 4%, respectively. Intel, which for years dominated the PC chip market, fell more than 6%.
