June 5 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department approved on Friday the potential sale of joint air-to-surface standoff missiles and equipment to Denmark for $842 million, and separately, a $160 million sale to Britain of infrared countermeasures designed to protect large aircraft, according to separate statements.
Lockheed Martin LMT.N is the principal contractor for the Denmark sale and Boeing BA.N for the British sale.
