U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining more than 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Vishay Intertechnology Inc (NYSE:VSH) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and issued second-quarter sales guidance above estimates.

Vishay Intertechnology reported quarterly earnings of 5 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 3 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $839.242 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $822.815 million.

Vishay Intertechnology shares jumped 10% to $36.99 on Wednesday.

• C4 Therapeutics, Inc (NASDAQ:CCCC) gained 19.4% to $3.78 following upbeat quarterly results.
• Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:KC) surged 18.6% to $18.16.
• Tower Semiconductor Ltd (NASDAQ:TSEM) rose 17.5% to $259.61 after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and issued second-quarter sales guidance with its midpoint above estimates. Also, the company announced it signed a silicon photonics contract for $1.3 billion.
• Nebius Group NV (NASDAQ:NBIS) gained 16.6% to $208.59 after the company reported first-quarter financial results and raised its contracted power guidance.
• Sellas Life Sciences Group Inc (NASDAQ:SLS) gained 15.5% to $6.03 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly EPS results.
• Eos Energy Enterprises Inc (NASDAQ:EOSE) surged 14.6% to $9.28 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly EPS results.
• Nextpower Inc (NASDAQ:NXT) gained 14.4% to $143.43 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and raised its FY27 sales guidance. The company announced it will acquire assets of Zigor Corporation’s power conversion business and its U.S.-based subsidiary, Apex Power.
• Wolfspeed Inc (NYSE:WOLF) gained 14.1% to $61.29.
• Intuitive Machines Inc (NASDAQ:LUNR) gained 13.4% to $36.38.
• Tower Semiconductor Ltd (NASDAQ:TSEM) jumped 13.4% to $250.50 after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and issued second-quarter sales guidance with its midpoint above estimates. Also, the company announced it signed a silicon photonics contract for $1.3 billion.
• LG Display Co Ltd (NYSE:LPL) rose 13% to $5.02.
• Zepp Health Corp – ADR (NYSE:ZEPP) jumped 12.1% to $10.80.
• ON Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:ON) rose 11.4% to $115.94. Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Matthew Prisco maintained ON Semiconductor with a Neutral and raised the price target from $95 to $100.
• Sensata Technologies Holding PLC (NYSE:ST) gained 10.5% to $49.03 after Truist Securities upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy and raised its price target from $43 to $58.
• Enphase Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ENPH) gained 9.9% to $41.19.
• Ford Motor Co (NYSE:F) jumped 8.4% to $12.99.
• JD.Com Inc (NASDAQ:JD) gained 7.9% to $34.00. JD.com, on Tuesday, reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
• Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MRVL) rose 7.7% to $177.27.
• Plug Power Inc (NASDAQ:PLUG) surged 7.3% to $3.82 after Susquehanna maintained its Neutral rating on the stock and raised its price target from $2.75 to $3.75.
• Navitas Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:NVTS) rose 7.2% to $20.63.
