Halwani Brothers Food Products Company, a Saudi company listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange, has appointed a new CEO, Mohammed Samir, who will begin his duties on November 10, 2025, following the resignation of Sakhr Jamjoom from this position, according to a statement from the company on Sunday.
Halwani Brothers is one of the oldest food companies in the Arab region, operating since the mid-1990s. It manufactures dairy products, juices, frozen meats, and other goods. It has factories in Saudi Arabia and Egypt and was listed on the stock exchange in 2008.
Who is the new CEO?

- Egyptian , holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo, 1989.
He worked for nearly 30 years at Procter & Gamble, a New York-listed hygiene and personal care products company, until 2018. His last position there was President of the Middle East, Africa and India region. He worked in Egypt, Dubai and Geneva during his time at the company.
- He served as CEO of Al Yasra Foods Group in Kuwait from March 2020 until mid-2023.
- He served as a member of the board of directors of a number of companies, including the Eastern Company for Tobacco - Egypt, which is listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, as well as Al Safi Danone Dairy Products Company.
