Announcement from Tadawul Saudi Arabia regarding the approval of transferring shares of Laden Investment Company to the main market
Tadawul Saudi Arabia announces the issuance of its decision dated 26/02/1448 AH corresponding to 09/08/2026 AD, which includes approval of the request of Laden Investment Company to move from Nomu - Parallel Market to Main Market, with a capital of 500,000,000 Saudi Riyals and a number of shares of 500,000,000 shares.
The company’s shares will continue to trade in Nomu - the parallel market until the end of the publication period of the transfer document. Therefore, the issuer must publish the transfer document within three trading sessions following the announcement of the issuance of the approval of Tadawul Saudi Arabia for the transfer request. The transfer document will be available to the public for viewing on the websites of the issuer, Tadawul Saudi Arabia and the financial advisor for ten trading sessions.
Accordingly, trading in the issuer's shares will be suspended starting from the day following the expiry of the publication period of the transfer document for a period not exceeding five trading sessions, in order to begin the transfer procedures.
Saudi Arabia's Tadawul will also announce the date of suspension and the start of listing the issuer's shares on the main market as soon as the procedures are completed.
