Saudi Arabia’s Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, listed on the Tadawul stock exchange, plans to issue senior unsecured dollar-denominated bonds at a fixed rate, according to a company statement to the exchange on Monday.

According to the statement, the company aims to use the issuance for general corporate purposes, while the value of the offering has not been determined as it is dependent on market conditions.

The company has appointed Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Al Rayan Investment, Arqaam Capital, Dubai Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank, JPMorgan, Mashreq Bank, Sharjah Islamic Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Warba Bank as lead bookrunners and potential bookrunners.

The banks are scheduled to arrange a series of meetings with fixed-income investors starting on Monday, according to the statement.
