United Arab Emirates – Ras Al Khaimah – His Excellency Dr. Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, witnessed the convening of the first meeting of the Customer Council, which was organized by the Chamber today at its headquarters and invited a large number of member companies and institutions to it, with the aim of listening to their opinions, observations and suggestions about the services provided by the Chamber, in order to contribute to developing and improving the customer journey according to their aspirations and needs, as part of the Chamber’s continuous efforts to enhance the customer experience and improve the quality of services provided, and to contribute to creating an integrated business environment to enhance investors’ confidence in the promising prospects of the economy in the emirate.

For his part, the Director General, His Excellency Dr. Rashid Khalfan, affirmed the Chamber of Commerce’s commitment to empowering the business community in the emirate by providing a regulatory and legislative environment that stimulates growth, anticipating promising opportunities in local, regional and global markets, and developing priority sectors. He emphasized his commitment to continuing efforts to improve the services provided by the Chamber, to develop the close partnership between the public and private sectors, as it is a fundamental pillar for achieving the objectives of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Agenda.

During the council meeting, the most prominent challenges facing customers were discussed, along with a review of a number of development proposals that would contribute to enhancing the quality of services and accelerating the pace of procedures. This initiative, launched by the chamber, comes as part of a series of initiatives that the chamber will implement during the coming period, embodying the vision of the wise leadership in providing innovative government services that focus on making customers happy and raising their level of satisfaction.
