This partnership falls within the framework of supporting the objectives of Kuwait Vision 2035, which focuses on building a sustainable knowledge economy and accelerating digital transformation in various vital sectors, most notably the health sector, through the development of smart and integrated solutions that contribute to raising the efficiency of medical services and improving the patient experience.
Under the agreement, Ooredoo Kuwait, in cooperation with Hadi Hospital and in partnership with Huawei, will implement an integrated system of communications and information technology solutions, including next-generation networks, high-performance data centers, virtual cloud computing technologies, along with backup and disaster recovery systems, advanced storage solutions, as well as long-term local support and operation services, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of operations.
This advanced digital infrastructure is expected to enable health institutions to adopt the "smart hospital" model, enhance the efficient and secure management of medical data, employ artificial intelligence technologies to support medical decision-making, and improve the quality of health services, which will positively impact performance efficiency and patient experience.
The partnership also aims to develop an integrated health system based on digital innovation, which will enhance the speed and accuracy of medical services, and establish cybersecurity standards to protect patient data and ensure the highest levels of privacy and reliability.
In this context, Sulaiman Al-Hamoud, Director of Marketing in the Corporate Sector at Ooredoo, stated, “This partnership reflects our commitment to empowering the healthcare sector through advanced and innovative digital solutions.
